Golf is one of the fastest growing sports worldwide.  In the last few years it has become increasingly popular, so it’s no surprise that a number of kids want to take up the sport. Tiger Woods, as a youthful 21 year old, exploded onto the golfing stage in 1997, and many have followed since. It’s important to note however, that teaching kids to play golf must be done the correct way or bad habits can be ingrained into young golfers and can take years to disappear. Young children are thirsty for knowledge, so if you can provide them with the correct basic foundation of a good golf swing, there is an excellent chance you will set them up to play great golf for years to come.
